Make the most out of working with Abbey! Please review the policies below.
They are in addition to your contract agreement with Abbey Butcher, LLC.
Business Hours: Abbey Butcher LLC is open for business M-Th from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm MST and some Fridays from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm MST. All services, including email responses, provided outside of these hours are at the discretion of Abbey.
Time Off Policy: Abbey Butcher LLC is closed on weekends and public holidays. From time to time, Abbey Butcher LLC will notify you of additional time off.
Communication Policy: Abbey Butcher LLC communicates via email and scheduled phone/video conference sessions. When using email communication, please allow up to two business days for a response by email, although Abbey strives to respond sooner whenever she can.
Client Sessions: Sessions will be held by phone or video conference with advanced notice. Sessions are typically scheduled using Abbey Butcher's scheduling calendar. There is no guarantee that her availability will match yours. If you do not attend your session, you may be billed for up to 50% of the scheduled time. If you must cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
Call Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling scheduled appointments. Repeated cancelations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may result in clients being billed for 50% of the call at Abbey Butcher LLC's discretion.
Meeting Attendance: Abbey Butcher LLC typically requires at least 2 weeks notice to schedule IEP/504 meeting attendance. All meeting attendance is virtual.
Rush Services: Abbey Butcher LLC does not provide rush services. She operates on a schedule and advance notice.
Billing: Invoices for services rendered within a month are provided on the last Monday of the month. Payment is due according to client's individual contract.
Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Abbey Butcher LLC prior to initiating a chargeback.
Confidentiality: Communication with Abbey Butcher should be kept confidential. Consultation, advice and recommendations are unique to the client's specific situation and may not apply to another family's situation and thus should not be shared with friends or other families.
